You will depart from the hotel where you are staying to head Terricciola, where you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the art of wine production at the renowned Fibbiano winery.
Let yourself be enveloped in the magic of the wine-making process as you explore the vineyards tended with passion and dedication. The undulating vines under the Tuscan sun are a sight for sore eyes and represent the essence of a thousand-year-old tradition. You will meet expert winemakers who share with you their knowledge and passion for the art of transforming grapes into delicious nectars.
And what better way to fully understand their commitment than through a tasting of their fine wines? Each sip will be a sensory journey through the flavours and aromas of this generous land.
Your adventure continues in Lari, where history comes to life in the evocative setting of the castle. This majestic medieval fortress will welcome you with its imposing walls and fascinating towers. You will be guided through corridors steeped in history and have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the legends and events that have shaped this magical place over the centuries.
But that's not all: your itinerary will take us to the renowned Martelli pasta factory, a place where traditional craftsmanship merges with modern innovation.
Here, you can observe first-hand the art of creating high-quality pasta and taste delicacies that will make you fall even more in love with Italian cuisine.
And to end on a high note, you will head to the Busti cheese maturing cave, an enchanting place where the art of cheese making reaches its highest expression. You will be welcomed into a magical atmosphere, surrounded by slowly ripening cheeses, capturing the unique flavours of the region.
