You will explore the complete process, from the origin of the grain to the plate, in this fascinating gastronomic journey, and discover the secrets of food production, following the path from field to table, learning about the origin of the ingredients and the art of culinary preparation along the way.

The experience begins with an enthralling visit to the pasta factory, where you can witness the artisanal production process of Morelli pasta, immersing yourself in the traditions and craftsmanship that characterise this ancient trade.
You will have the opportunity to see every step up close, from the selection of high quality ingredients to the slow drying method, which gives the pasta its characteristic taste and texture.

Next, you will venture into the atmospheric Museo del Pastificio to explore the historical roots and culture surrounding the world of pasta.
Through interactive exhibits, displays of ancient tools and passionate storytelling, you will fully understand the importance and influence of pasta in Italian society and gastronomy.

After this fascinating immersion into the world of pasta, it's time to delight your palate with a delicious lunch prepared with homemade delicacies.

The menu offers a selection of three Morelli pasta dishes, prepared by the chef with fresh, seasonal ingredients, guaranteeing an authentic and unforgettable dining experience.
To end on a sweet note, crunchy cantuccini accompanied by a sip of Vin Santo will offer the perfect balance of sweetness and robustness.
Water, a glass of wine and a coffee will round off the meal in fine style.

Antico Pastificio Morelli is located 100 metres from the S.Romano - Montopoli - S.Croce railway station, 3 Km from the exit of the Fi-PI-Li highway of Montopoli and 3 Km from the exit of the Fi-PI-Li highway of S.Croce.

Minimum 2 participants, maximum 15 participants.
On Sundays, the pasta factory offers tours but the production machinery is not perational.
