We offer a guided tour of the city of Pisa and its iconic Leaning Tower!
You will have the opportunity to discover the history that Piazza dei Miracoli and Piazza dei Cavalieri convey to the naked eye.
After breakfast at the hotel where you are staying, you will have a dedicated day in the direction of Pisa and its iconic Leaning Tower (25.4 km),
Piazza del Duomo, better known as the Piazza dei Miracoli, is home to the four monumental giants, referred to as "miracles" for their beauty and originality by Gabriele D'Annunzio himself, such as the Cathedral, the Baptistery, the Camposanto and the Campanile, known as the Leaning Tower.
No less, Piazza dei Cavalieri is, after Piazza del Duomo, the most famous square in the city.
Formerly the exponent of civic power, it is home to the Palazzo della Carovana, formerly the Palazzo degli Anziani, now home to the prestigious Scuola Normale Superiore, the Palazzo dell'Orologio and the majestic Church of Santo Stefano dei Cavalieri.
The guided tour will last 1 hour and 30 minutes, in which our local guide will share his knowledge and passion for Pisa's two most famous squares.
At the end of the tour, you will be taken to one of the city's typical restaurants, where a menu based on local products and wines awaits you, able to delight your palate with flavors and pleasures related to the tradition of the area.
The departure times listed, and those for the entire day, are based with departure from Pontedera, so they are subject to change depending on the location of the accommodation.
You will be able to twist the itinerary to your liking; we only ask that you respect the time for lunch at the restaurant, at which you will be able to show up from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m.
